Ingredients:
Okra or Lady Finger or Bhindi 250 grams cut in 4 stripgs
Potatoes 2 cut in long pieces
Oil 1/4 cups
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder
1 tspSalt
Coriander Seed Powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Amchur (Mango Powder) 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1 Tablespoon
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan for deep fry ing.
2. Fry Bhindi and potato fingers and keep aside on some tissues to absorb extra oil.
3. Take another fry pan and put 3 tablespoon oil and heat.
4. Add tomato paste and start fry ing
5. Add the Garam Masala and stir.
6. Add the Dhania powder and amchur powder.
7. Add some water and let it cook for few minutes.
8. Once the tomato paste is properly cooked and you can see some oil on the sides , remove it from heat.
9. Add some Lemon juice .
10. Slowly fold the already fried bhindi and potatoes in this mixture.
Serve it with Naan , Rice or Roti
