Ingredients:
Karahi is the traditional Indian cooking pot which is similar to the Chinese Wok, but the Indian Karahi is heavier than the wok.
You could use any heavy bottomed pan.
1 kg. chicken diced in small pieces
Tomatoes 3 diced
2 green chilies, finely cut
2 tsp. fresh ginger paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red chillies
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup finely chopped green coriander leaves
Instructions:
1. Take a karahi or a heavy bottomed pan and add 1/2 cup oil and heat.
2. Add the chiken pieces , also add the salt on it.
3. Fry the chicken pieces for about 10 to 15 minutes untill it become light golden.
4. Now add the chopped tomatoes .
5. Add the red chilli and the black pepper powder.
6. Keep on stiring until the tomatoes dry off ( no more liquid)
7.Add the yoghurt .
8. add the green chillies
9. cook for another 2 minutes.
10. Garnish it with chopped coriander now.
Serve it with Naan , Rice or Roti
