Ingredients:
1. Milk 1 Litre
2. Rice 1/4 Cup ( Wash and soak them in water for 30 minutes)
3. Sugar 3/4 Cup
4.Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
5. Kishmish ( Sultanas) 20 nos
6. Green Pista ( Unsalted and unroasted Pistachio nuts ) 10
7.Almonds 10 Nos ( slivered)
Instructions:
1. Boil the rice in plent of water till they are half cooked .
2. Drain the rice and keep aside and allow them to cool down.
3. Heat Milk and bring it to boil.
4. Add the half cooked rice and start stirring, till the milk start to boil up again.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer, important to stir otherwise the rice will stick to the bottom.
6. Once the rice is completely cooked ( do not overcook otherwise the rice will become lumpy)
7. Add Sugar, Cardamom powder.
8. Add all the nuts and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Serve hot.
It can be put in the fridge and taste very nice when cool.


TIP: If you like to make it more rich then you could pour in some condensed milk, it becomes more yummy but more fatty as well. :-)
