Ingredients:
1. Gulab (Rose) petals
2. Sugar

both in equal quantities
Instructions:
1. This is similar to a jam.
2. Just take the Rose Petals and wash them off thoroughly.
3. Add equal amount of sugar by weight in the petals.
4. Mix it well.
5. Put it in a clean glass bottle and put it in the sun for 10 days.
6. It is ready for use and can be preserved for years.
7. The real taste comes after a month or so and its medicinal properties become better.


Have it every morning with a cup of milk or a teaspoon of it with paan.

Rose has many healing powers

1. Rose petals are useful for reducing pitta, heat in the body and problems caused by excess heat.
2. Gulkand removes problems caused by heat and clears and tones the intestines.
3. Effective in the treatment of acidity.


Tip: Making Gulkand at home is better than using the commercial ones as they add the complete rose flowers, instead of just using the petals.

actually my gulkand within 2nd day had become totally dried i.e there is no water content be seen it has just become like stone
so now what to do ??
can u suggest something?
