Ingredients:
1. Boneless diced Mutton or Lamb
2.Yoghurt 1 cup
3. Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoons
4. Ginger Paste 2 Teaspoons
5. Lemon juice 2 Teaspoons
6. Garam masala 2 Teaspoons
7. Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
8. Dhania (Coriander) Powder
9. Jeera Powder ( Cumin Powder)
10.Kasoori methi 2 Teaspoons
11.Tomato puree 1/2 Cup
12. Oil 3 Tablespoons
14. Red Chilli Full 3 Nos
15. Salt to taste
16. Ginger juliens
17. Green Chopped Coriander
Instructions:
1. Take the yoghurt , garlic, ginger paste,Salt, Lemon Juice and Garam Masala and mix it well.
2. Dip the washed up meat cubes in this marinade .
3. Leave this for about 2 hours or more.
4. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the whole dry red chillies.
5. Add the meat cubes and start cooking the meat for about 15 minutes.
6. Add tomato puree, coriander powder and kasoor methi .
7. Put the heat to low and let the meat simmer for about 20 minutes or more , check the meat to see if it is tender, if not then let it cook for some more time.
8. You can add some water if needed.
9. The gravy should not be very thin, should be thick.
10. Sprinkle some Garam Masala ( just a pinch for the flavour)
11. Garnish with Ginger Julien strips and chopped coriander.
Serve it with Naan , Rice or Roti
