Ingredients:
1. Besan (Gram Flour) 250 grams
2. Castor Sugar 150 grams
3. Ilaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder)
4. Ghee 200 grams
Instructions:
1. Take a heavy based pan and heat the ghee in it.
2. Add the Gram Flour and cook on low, keep on stirring otherwise it will stick down or get burnt.
3. Once the oil starts to seperate from the Besan then take it off the heat.
4. Let it cool down in open for some time.
5. Add the castor sugar in the cooked besan.
6. Ronded the bean in small balls.
