Ingredients:
It is a simple but great relish which you can make almost instantly with any meal.
Ingredients:
1 Sliced Beet Root
1 Sliced Carrot
1 Sliced Onion ( in rings)
2 Green Chillies sliced
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cup Vinegar or Apple Cider
2 Sliced Garlic cloves
Instructions:
1. Slice the vegetables in large slices.
2. Now take a non stick pan and put it on medium heat.
3. Add all the vegetables in it.
4. add 1/2 cup of Vinegar in the pan and cover the pan.
5. Lift the cover and if the Vinegar has dried up then add more vinegar.
6. Let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
The Relish is ready to be served with any meal.
This is great for pregnant ladies too.
It has all the ingredients which are good for them
1. Raw vegetables
2. and a great tangy taste…
Variations: If you want to give it a twist then take some Rai or Mustrard Seeds and heat them in a pan with little oil and red chilli and the pour the oil on this relish.
You can also add some salt as per taste.
Consume it in a day or two.
You can also try the Radish ( Mooli) the same way.
You can try almost any vegetables.
