Ingredients:
Rolled Oats 2 cups
Rice Bubble ( Fulian) 1.5 cups
Alsi seeds ( Linseed or Flaxseed) 1 tablespoon
White Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
Amonds - cut 1 tablespoon
Butter 200 g
Castor Sugar 1/3 cup
Honey 250 grams
Dried Coconut - Cut into small pieces ( 1/2 cup) Optional



Reduce the quantity accordingly . This will make around 24 pieces.
Instructions:
1. Take a mixing bowl
2. Add Rolled Oats.
3. Add Rice Bubbles.
4. Add coconut pieces.
5. Add linseed.
6. Add sesame seeds.
7. Add almonds.
8. Preheat oven to 180 Centrigrade( if you are using a fan forced oven then 160 Centrigrade would be enough)
9. Greate a flat tray and then liune it with baking paper.
10. Smear some button on the baking paper.
11. Take a medium size sauce pan and put it on slow heat.
12. Add the butter, sugar and honey in it.
13. Stir it until the butter melts.
14. Keep on stirring until the syrup starts to thicken slightly.
15. Pour this syrup over the oat mixture prepared in the mixing bowl.
16. Mix it well.
17. Now with wet hands press the mixture firmly into the greased pan.
18. Bake for 20 minutes.
19. Once cooled down cut into small pieces.

They are good wholesome snaks for kids and grown ups.

I remember we used to get Marunda on the streets of India which was similar to the muesli bars, one of my favourites was the on that used to contain only the rice bubbles and cocunt, there was an endless variety
