Ingredients:
Jeera 2 tablespoons
Anardana 1 Tablespoon
Big Elaychi ( Black Clove) 2 Nos
Instructions:
1. Dry Roast the Jeera on a hot pan
2. Dry Roast the Anardana on a hot pan
3. Put everything in a dry grinder
4. Grind to a fine powder.


This is a quick and easy way to make the fresh Chole Masala at home.
