When you get up in the morning, your nose is blocked or you start sneezing?

Try this simple recipe and see the results
Instructions:
Take a teaspoon of Haldi ( Turmeric)
Add one tablespoon of Honey.
Add a small pinch of Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch)

Mix it up in a smooth paste.

Have it regularily for one week at night before sleeping.
