Ingredients:
Ingredients
1. Lamb Diced - 1 kg
2. Whole red chilli - 5
3. Choppeg Green Coriander - 1 Cup
4. Cloves - 8
5. Cinnamon - 1 piece
6. Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch) - 15
7. cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
8. cardamom - 3
9. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
10. Ginger, finely sliced- 1 piece
11. Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
11. curry leaves - 10 leaves
12. Onion - 2
13. Oil - 2 tbsp
14. Salt - to taste
15. Onion sliced - 1
Instructions:
Preparation
1. Take a heavy bottomed pan and put it on medium heat.
2. Add the Oil for cooking .
3. Add Whole Red Chillies and stir.
4. Add Cloves and stir.
5. Add Cinnamon and stir.
6. Add the Black Pepper and stir.
7. Add the Cumin Seeds and stir.
8. Add the Garlic and stir.
9. Add the Diced Lamb and stir.
10. Add the Ginger and stir.
11. Add the salt and curry leaved and keep on cooking .
12. Add some water and cover it and leave it on medium heat for 20 min or so. ( keep on checking and add water if needed.)
13. Make sure that the lamb pieces are fully cooked, if needed add water and cook for more time.
14. Once the lamb is cooked and the water is almost dried up.
15. Add the sliced onion and mix well and let it cook for few more minutes until the onions are mixed in the masala and are soft.
Enjoy it hot wit Rice or Naan or Roti
