Ingredients:
1/3 Gobhi (cauliflower) broken into florets
1/2 cup Cornflour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Cook cauliflower florets in salted water for 5 minutes. Remove the water and keep aside. ( You can also microwave the florets for 5 minutes instead of boiling)
2. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and water to cornflour to make a batter of medium consistency.
3. Dip the florets in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain.
4. Take a heavy based pan and sauté spring onions, garlic and capsicum for 5 minutes.
5. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Depending upon your need for gravy you can add 1 tsp of corn flour mixed in water (1 cup) with out any lumps before adding the florets.
7. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the florets.

Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti

Thank you, it was really good recipe. For some reason when i was frying the florets dipped in cornflour, the cornflour kept separating and sticking to the kadai. How do i stop this?
