Ingredients:
Aloo 2 cups (cubed)
Green Chillies 5 Nos
Dhania 1 cup
Cloves 5 Nos
Cardmon 5 Nos
Cinamon 1 piece
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Instructions:
--Make a paste of green chillies and Dhania and keep aside.

--Heat oil in a kadai and saute the spices well, later add the chopped onion and saute,now add the potato and stir fry for a few mins add 1/2 cup water and cook on high fire,add salt.

--When the water is almost dry simmer the gas and add the paste and mix well let it cook on slow fire for 10 mins till the curd mixture forms a thick gravy and coats the potato. sprinkle the jera powder and remove.

--Serve garnished with Dhania, an excellent side dish is ready.
