Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Fillets 2 Nos
Eggs 1
Lime Juice 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 1/2 Cup finely Chopped
Green Chillies 2 Finely Chopped
Any Cooking Oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Chop the chicken into small pieces.
2. Add the chopped chicken in the food processor.
3. Add the Lime Juice.
4. Add the Garam Masala, Chat Masala and Salt.
5. Add the Ginger and Garlic Paste.
6. Add the Coriander Leaves.
7. Leave this mixture to marinate for about 30 minutes.
8. Heat a fry pan and put some oil.
9. Using wet hands use the chicken mixture to make small round cakes. ( around 2 inches diameter and half inch thick )
10. Shallow Fry this cutlet on both sides on low heat.


Serve it with Tamarind Chutney and sprinkle some Chat Masala on top.



Variation Tips:

You can use any readymade curry paste like Tandoori Paste or whatever you can get hold of.
You can add some Cut Cashews in the Cutlets.
You can deep fry the cutlets instead of shallow fry.
You can use other spices like Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder in the mixture ( Use about 1 teaspoon) of each
