Ingredients:
1. French Beans - diced 1 Cup
2. Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
3. Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon
4. Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
5. Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
6. Grated Coconut 2 tablespoon
7. Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
8. Salt as per taste
9. Oil as per taste
10. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
11 Red Chilli Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Take a non stick pan and add oil and put it on heat.
2. Add Mustard Seeds and stir till they start crackling.
3. Add the Garlic Paste and stir.
4. Add the Red Chilli Powder and Stir.
5. Add the diced beans and stir.
6. Cook the beans until they are cooked completely ( do not cover )
7. Add the Garam Masala.
8. Add the salt.
9. Add the vinegar and stir.
10. Add the grated coconut and stir and quickly take it off the heat.


Serve as a side dish with Rice , Naan or Roti.
