Ingredients:
Cabbage 250gms
Capsicum 3 Nos
Ginger 1 inch piece (chopped)
Garlic 4 (chopped)
Onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Asofodetia 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilli 5 nos
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Shred the Cabbage & Capsicum int thin juliennes and rinse well in salt water.
2. In a Kadai heat oil.
3. Add Mustard Seeds and let them crackle.
4.Add Asofodetia,Onion, ginger , garlic and saute well.
5. Add the Cabbage and Capsicum and stir fry adding a little water if required, cook on low flame.
6. Add Salt as per taste.
7. Cook on low flame till vegetales are cooked.
8. Sprinkle Garam Masala and serve hot.


A good side dish for Rice, Roti or Naan.
