Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Tomatoes - 4
Onions - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Green Chillies - 8
Garlic pods - 50 gms
Oil - 3 Table spoons
Salt as per taste
Instructions:
1. Grind green chilli and Garlic pods together and keep aside.
2. Make puree of the tomatoes.
3. Heat oil in a kadai and add bay leaves and onions.
4. Fry till the onions become transparent.
5. Then add the paste of green chilly and garlic and fry again for few minutes.
6. Add tomato puree and salt. let it cook untill the oil seperates.
7. Add cooked rice and mix well.


serve hot with curd chutney.
