Ingredients:
300 Grams Plain Flour (Maida)
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
400 grams sweetened condensed milk
225 ml orange juice
10 ml vanilla extract
225 g melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
.MEanwhile
1. Take a large mixing bowl.
2. Sift the flour in it .
3. Add the Baking Powder.
4. Add the Baking Soda.
5. Mix the flour.
6. Now make a well in the centre of the flour and pour the condensed milk.
7. Pour the Orange Juice.
8. Add the Vanilla extract.
9. Pour the melted butter.
10. Mix everything well.
11. Take an ovenproof dish for making the cake and grease it with some oil or butter.
12. Pour the cake mixture in this dish.
13. Put this into the preheated oven at 350 degrees F ( 175 Degrees C)
14. Let it bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
15. To check insert a toothpick and it should come out clean.
16. Take it out and allow to cool.
