Ingredients:
Chicken 1 Kg (cut into medium pieces)
Pepper corns 2 tbsp(coarsely ground)
Onion 1 cup (finely chopped)
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Green Chillies 5 Nos -slit
Lime juice 2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro 1/2 cup (chopped)
Instructions:
--Wash the Chicken and marinate with ginger garlic paste and ground pepper keep aside for 30 mins.
--Heat oil in a Kadai saute the onions till brown add the curry leaves and slit green chillies and toss on high flame, then add the marinated chicken and toss well.
Add the tomato puree and required salt and cook on medium heat till a bit dry.
--When almost dry and Chicken is cooked add the lime juice and sprinkle the garam masala.
--Remove and serve in a dish garnished with Cilantro.
