Juices, especially the freshly squeezed are so rich in vitamins and sweet, natural goodness.
Weightwatchers , beware !
Juices are full of Calories and they are not very filling. Even after having a glass or two of juice you still feel hungary and need to eat somethi ng else to fill you up.
The bottles of juices typically say eg. Equivalent of 6 oranges, or equivalent of 4 apples..
Now imagine , would you eat 4 apples or 6 oranges at one time.
The calory content of the juice is high and because of the fact that it does not fill you up and you need to eat somethi ng else as well if you are hungary.
It would be rather better to have one full apple ( you get the nutrients as well the useful fibre which fills you up) and you can then have a glass of water .
If you do not want to opt for this then go for small sized juices - choose the one which have vegetable as well as fruites.
