Ingredients:
curry leaves 1cup
urad dhal 2 tbsp
pepper corn 1tsp
jeera I tsp
red chilly 2nos.
Oil
tamirand
water
mustard seeds.
Instructions:
fry curry leaves in a vessel without oil till it become crispy.add oil fry dhal,chilly.pepper and jeera fry
till it splutter.grind all ingridients fried with curry leaves and tamirand into a smooth paste.mix the paste in water add salt to taste.add oil in kadai,put mustard seed allow it to splutter,then pour curry into it.it will come into a thick gravy.it is a healthy food without coconut use with rice.
