Ingredients:
Firm Tofu 200 grams cur in small strips
Cabbage Finely Chopped 1/2 Cup
Carrot Julienes 1 Cup
Green Bell Pepper Julienes 2 Tablespoons
Red Bell Pepper Julienes 2 Tablespoons
Corn Floor 2 Teaspoons
Wheat Bran 2 Teaspoons
White Pepper 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander for Garnish 1 Tablespoon
Cooking Oil 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Paste1 Teaspoon
Diced Onion 1/2 Cup
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Soya Sauce 2 Teaspoons
White Peper a pinch
Corn Flour 3-4 Teaspoons ( make a slurry by mixing with some water in a cup)
Vegetable Stock 2 Cups
Instructions:
1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add some oil and put on heat.
2. Saute the Tofu.
3. Take it out in a mixing bowl and leave aside to cool.
4. Now add the cabbage.
5. Add the Carrots.
6. Add the Green and Red Peppers.
7. Add the 1 teaspoon of Corn flour
8. Add 1 teaspoon of Wheat Bran.
9. Mix well and make small balls.
10. Steam them for 15 minutes by puting the streamer on a pot of boiling water.
11. Keep these steamed balls aside.


For making the Gravy

1. Heat the two Tablespoons of oil in a pan.
2. Saute the Garlic Paste.
3. Add the Vegatable Stock.
4. Add 2 Teaspoons of the Soya Sauce.
5. Add 2 teaspoons of Sugar
6. Add the Cornflour slurry which you prepared earlier
7. Let it come to boil and it will start thickening up.
8. Add the white pepper
9. Add the salt as per taste.
10. Mix and take it off the heat.


Add the Steamed Balls which you prepared and sprinkle some chopped Fresh Coriander for garnish.
