Ingredients:
8 x 1" pieces of Diced boneless chicken
Oil for frying
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry roasted and crushed jeera (cumin seeds)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 small onion sliced onion
1 fresh tomato quartered
1 tablespoon barbeque sauce
Instructions:
Method:

Heat oil and throw in the diced chicken
Cook on high heat for about 10 mins or until water evaporated
Add all the spices
Cook for further 5 mins
Add the onions and tomato
Add barbeque sauce
Cover wok and cook on low heat for 5 mins
