Ingredients:
250 gms tofu
1 cup chopped spinach
Few raisins
1-2 green chillies
4-5 tbsp besan
Salt according to taste
½ tsp anardana powder
1tsp ajwain
½ tsp red chilly powder (or as per taste)
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients nicely (except oil) in a bowl, see that the mixture is not very loose, then shape it like cutlets and deep fry them in oil till they are golden in colour. Serve hot with mint or coriander chutney.
