Ingredients:
Grind Soyabean 100gm
Paneer 200gm
Besan(chickpeas flour) 2 sp
chillie powder 1 sp
Garam masala 1 sp
Oil For frying
Salt to taste
Fresh corriander small quantity

For Gravvy

Grind Onion 2
Ginger Paste 1 sp
Tomato Puree 3 sp
Red chille powder 1 sp
Jeera powder 1 sp
Garam masala 1 sp
Tumeric 1/2 sp
Instructions:
Soak soyabean powder for overnight
Boil the soya in the pressure cooker.
Strain the water and mash the soybean.
Add Basen and all the spices and chopped corriander
Then make small balls of the mixture and fry it in the oil untill golden brown.

For gravvy

Heat 2 tsp of oil and add onion paste and ginger until golden brown.

Add all the spices and then tomato puree to it and cook on a medium heat until oil is floating on top.

Add 1 cup of water and salt to taste to the curry and boil for 5 minutes.

Then add koftas to the curry.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
