Ingredients:
Boiled Basmati rice 2 cups
Soyabean 150 gm
Cinnamon 1 stick
Clove 3-4
Cardamon 2
Red chillie 2-3 whole
Turmeric 1/2 sp
Ghee 2 sp
Salt to the taste
Instructions:
Soak the soyabean overnight
Boil the soyabean in the pressure cooker.
Heat the ghee add whole masala in it.
Add soybean to it and mix well.
Then add tumeric and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the boiled rice and mix it well on slow speed for about 3-4 minutes.
