Ingredients:
Haldi ( Turmeric ) 2 Teaspoons
100 grams of Gur ( Jaggery)
Sesame Oil ( Til Oil)
Instructions:
Make a paste of these 2 items using some Sesame Oil
Shape it like a round bread

Wrap it over your knee ( or other injured or painful part of the body)
and wrap a bandage. Leave it on overnight.
Remove it the next day


Turmeric is a great remedy to relieve pains

You can also drink 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric with water milk each night to get rid of pains in the joints.

It is also useful for gout pain.
