10 grams Saunth
10 grams Jeera
10 grams Dhania seeds

20 grams Podina Dry
20 grams Saunf
Instructions:
Mix this and keep it on the table
Have a teaspoon of it after each meal with water.

This remedy helps to remove the AAM ( a sticky substance ) which gets deposited in the joints which causes the pains.
