Saunth ( Dry Ginger Powder
Methi
Jeera
Dhania
in equal quantity
Instructions:
1. Make powder of all these items

Take Teaspoon in the morning and evening with milk or water

There is a sticky substance called AAM which gets deposited in the joints and the Vaat (Air) gets affected as it can not move in the body and thus causes pains.

If you take this for a month it will help you to dissolve the AAM.
