Ingredients:
This is a good recipe to make a joint pain oil

1 teaspoon of Grated ginger
1 teaspoon of Grated Garlic
1/2 cup of Sesame Oil ( Til Oil)
Instructions:
Take a pan and heat the oil
Now add the Ginger and Garlic
Let it cook for few minutes until it gets brown.


Now take this oil and put it in a bottle
Rub this oil on the joint regularily
