Ingredients:
250gm Boiled Potatoes and cut them in small pieces
1 bunch Fresh Mint
3 medium size Tomatoes
2 onion
2 tsp Garlic and Ginger
2 Green Chillies
2 tsp Corriander powder
1 tsp Red chillies
1 tsp Dried Mango powder
1/2 tsp Tumeric powder
2 Bay Leaves
3 Cloves
3 Cardamoms
5 Black Pepper
1 Cinnamon
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mint, tomatoes, onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger--mix and grind all the above ingredients.

Heat the oil and first fry bay leaves and whole spices then mix well the above paste.

Then mix the potatoes and all spices and cook them for 3-5 mintues.

Garnish with fresh corriander and serve hot with the bread or roti.
