Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 500 gms
Onions - 1 cup
salt to taste
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cooking oil as needed

For grinding

ginger - 1 inch
garlic cloves - 3 large
cilantro - 1/2 cup
fresh mint - 1 tbsp
Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
1/4 tsp - cinnamon
1/4 tsp - pepper
whole cloves - 3
cardamom - 4
coriander - 2 tsp
1/4 tsp - cummin
1/2 tsp - Kashmiri chili powder
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Instructions:
Grind all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken in this mixture for 6 - 8 hours or preferably overnight.

In a kadai heat the oil and ghee and on a medium - high flame and fry the onions till they become translucent. Add the chicken pieces to the onions with salt and fry for a few minutes. Now Close the lid and fry the chicken stirring occasionally so that they don't get burnt. Reduce the flame here.

Do not add water. if required maybe 2- 3 tbsp will do.

Have it with Rice, Naan or Roti
