Ingredients:
200 gm Pnaeer
Ginger - cut in long thin pieces ( 1 inch)
Onion 1 large ( Sliced)
1 carrot, cut in jullienes ( thin long strips)
1/2 capsicum, cut into long slices
1½ tbsp cornflour
1½ tsp flour ( Maida )
1 tsp White Vinegar ( Sirka )
2 tsp Dark soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce ( or 1/2 teaspoon red chilli paste)
2 tsp tomato sauce
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
1 tsp black pepper ( Kali Mirch)
1/4 tsp sugar
Oil for fry ing
Salt to taste
Water 1 cup
1 Green chilli finely sliced
1/2 cup of green coriander cut
Instructions:
1. Take a bowl and mix the Flour, Cornflour and half teaspoon salt with enough water to make a thin paste.
2. Cur the Paneer into small cubes.
3. Dip these cubes in the paste you have made in step 1.
4 Take a non-stick pan and fry the Paneer cubes until golden brown.
5 Take a fry pan and heat 2 teaspoons of oil.
6. Add carrot and fry
7. Add capsicum.
8. Add salt, sugar, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and a little water .
9. Cook for a minute.
10. Add the fried Paneer , mix well and serve hot.
Before serving garnish it with cut green chilli and coriander.
Enjoy it with rice.
