Ingredients:
Gobi- one flower
Aloo- 3 to 4 depend upon sizes
Tumeric-one teaspoon
sabzi masala- one table spoon
kasoori methi- one handful
salt - according to your taste
green chillies or red chilly powder of your choice
Yogurt- 2to 3 table spoon
Cumin seeds-one teaspoon
mustard seeds- half teaspoon
Ginger and Garlic - according to your choice

Instructions:
Cut Gobi and Aloo of your choice. Preferable is to cut into big size not small. Put Ghee or oil in Karhi and put cumin and mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then put the ginger and garlic let them be little light brown. Next you can put turmeric powder and after that put Gobi and Aloo into Karhi. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes . Then put the Sabzi masala and salt with spices you want to put. Stir it again. At last put Yogurt and then Kasoori meethi. Stir it well on high flame. Remember that the Karhi bottom should be Heavy otherwise the gobi will burn. At last put cover it with lid and the flame should come to minimum. In between Dont stir. Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.

When it is ready serve with Paranthas of namak and ajwan.
