Ingredients:
1 cup Jeera cumin seeds
1 cup Whole dried red chilies
2 tbs. corianderseeds ( sabut Dhaniya)
1 tsp black salt (Kala Namak)
12 Black peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
10 cloves (Laung)
1 black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi) seeds
¼ tsp. Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
1 pinch asoeftida (Heeng)
½ tsp. tartaric acid
1 tbs. salt
Instructions:
1. Dry roast all the ingredients ( Jeera, Chillies, Dhaniya, Kali Mirchm, Laung, Ilaychi, Ajwain, Heeng) one by one.
2. Let them cool down.
3. Grind into a powder.
4. Add the Salt.
5. Add the Black Salt ( Kala Namak)
6. Roast the spices slightly and grind into a powder after cooling. Then add salt and black salt.
7. Add the Tartic Acid




Use it in Fruit Chaats, Potatoe Chaat
