Ingredients:
finely cut spinach 500 gms ( fresh or Frozen)
Chopped tomato 2
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Paneer cubes 200 gms
Oil 2 tbsp
Red chilli 2
Ginger- garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh ginger juliennes 10 pieces.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger julliens 1 tbsp
Cream 2 tsp
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
2. Add the Red chilly and stir.
3. Add Ginger and Garlic paste and stir.
4. Add the chopped onion and stir.
5. Once the onions have turned light brown add the turmeric.
6. Add the red chilli powder.
7. Add the Garam Masala .
8. Add some salt.
9. Add diced tomatoes and cook.
10. Now add the spinach.
11. Pressure cook for 6 minutes.
12. Once the spinach is well cooked open up the pressure cooker.
13. Add the paneer cubes.
14. Sprinkle some lemon juice .
15. Add some ginger juliens.
16. Add some fresh cream.
Server it with roti or rice.
Palak or Spinach alkalises the body by reducing the acidity levels in the body to achieve the right ph Balance
It reduces the Uric Acid in the body.
