Ingredients:
Is is always the fisth that provides us the Omega 3.

No

We have a perfect vegeterian alternative which is as good as the fish oil.

Alsi ka Tail ( or the Linseed oil ) is the best source of Omega 3 for vegeterians.

If you have dry har, dry skin, brittle nailes, then the chances are that you are low in essential fatty acids.

Fatty acids are essential to balance off the intake of the fats we eat, the more fat food you eat the more essential atty acids are needed to counterbalance.
Instructions:
Botanical name: Linum usitatissimum
Flaxseed ( Linseed ) or Alsi as it is called are the brown coloured seeds which are very rich in the oil.

There are about 50 essential elements that our bodies need for everyday health and longevity. They are consdered essential because our bodies can not manufacture them; we must acquire them from our dietary intake.

Most of these essential elements are vitamins, minerals and amino acids, but two are the essential fatty acids known as Omega 3 ( alpha linolenic acid) and Omega-6 (linoleic acid)
The Flaxseed ( Linseed) Oil is nature's most potent source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids containing twice the density found in Salmon fish - a familiar source of Omega 3.

Take a dessert spoon ( 10 ml) daily of Linseed oil.
Avoid direct exposure to heat ( frying, baking, boiling) as nutrients may be damaged.

You can add a spoon ful of this oil in your dals, veges, or Saag.
You can also brush this oil on your Naans.

What a wonderful way of adding the Omega-3 to your diet without the need of eating fish.

I am sure the vegeterians would love this.
