Ingredients:
Badam ( Almonds ) 25
( Kharbooja seeds ) Rock Melon Seeds 3 tablespoons
Choti Ilaiyichi ( Green Cardamom Powder) 4
Cinamon ( 1 inch piece)
Saffron a few strands
Kali Mirch ( Black Pepper corns ) 8
Gree Pistachios 30
Raw Cashewnuts 20
20 Cashewnuts
Poppy Seeds ( Khuskhus) 3 tablespoons ( soak them for 30 minutes in cold water)
Sugar 1 cup ( as per taste)


Instructions:
1. Dip the almonds in warm water for 10 minutes and peel off the skin)
2. Boil the milk , bring it to a boil and add sugar.
3. Also add the Saffron Strands in the hot milk .
3. Let it cool down and put this milk in the fridge to chill.
4. Grind green cardamom, cinnamon and peppercorns to a fine powder.
5.Grind almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts, melon seeds and poppy seeds ( use some milk which you boiled to help you wet grind these ingredients)
6.Now mix this paste with all the chilled milk and blend well.
7. while serving sprinkle some rose water or kewra
