Ingredients:
This is an excellent cough mixture/medicine which can be prepared in minutes and is equally effective as the other commercial cough medicines, except that this is totatlly natural and has no side affects.

Ingredients

1. Fresh Ginger pieces ( the size of a cashew nut)
2. Honey 1 teaspoon
3. Lukewarm water 3 tablespoons
Instructions:
1. Crush the Ginger in a clean mortar and pestel to extract some juice.
2. Now take a small cup and take a fine sieve.
3. Put the crushed ginger in the sieve .
4. Put the honey in the cup.
5. Now pour the lukewarm water in the sieve so that the juices go down in the cup.
6. Take a spoonful of this mixture to sooth your cough.




PS: Adding the luke warm water is the trick here as the normal remedies recipes will simply use the honey with some ginger juice. But it is best to add the water as it easy it swallow and is more effective .

You can keep it for 2 days .
