Ingredients:
250 grams Paneer ( Cottage Cheese)
Oil or Ghee 3 tbsp
1 Onion chopped into strips
Ginger 1/2 inch piece, finely chopped ( or 1 tbsp Gigner Paste)
Green Chillies 2 finely chopped
Tomotoes 4 finely chopped
Cardamom Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Yoghurt 1/4 cup ( beaten lightly)
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Instructions:
1. Chop the paneer into 2 inches fingers.
2. Heat half the oil or Ghee.
3. Add Onion, ginger, greeen chilli and cardamom powder. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes, covered.
5. Add yoghurt and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add 1/2 cup water and let it cool down.
7. Blend this mixture in a mixer till smooth.
8. Heat remaining Oil or Ghee, add the gravy.
9. Boil to get a thick gravy.
10. Just before serving heat the gravy and add milk and paneer and boil for 3-4 minutes.
11. Garnish with chopped coriander and grated paneer


Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti
