Ingredients:
Cardamom Powder 1/2 t/s
Cinnamon Powder 1/2 t/s
Cloves Powder 1/2 t/s
Ginger Powder 1/2 t/s
Pepper Powder 1/4 t/s
Instructions:
Mix all the above ingredients and make a fine powder.
You can use this powder when making Chai.

Even if you are making a quick cuppa with just adding the water , tea bag, you can add a pinch of this powder to enhave the flavour.
