Ingredients:
Do you love the white butter but can not seem to buy it from the market.
The butter which you buy in the shops are normally the yellow coloured butter, you never know what they add inside that.
So here is recipe to create your own fresh butter at home in minutes.
Ingredients:
Fresh Cream 200 ml
Salt - just a small pinch
An airtight bottle ( an empty Jam bottle)
Instructions:
1. Pour the fresh cream in the jar.
2, Add the pinch of salt in it.
3. Put on the lid tightly on the jar now.
4. Shake and shake and shake until the butter forms up.( It takes about 3 minutes to get the results)
5. Take an empty vessen and put a fine sieve on top .
6. Now pour the mixture on this sieve.
7. The butter will remain in the sieve while the liquide would sieve out.
8. You can wash the butter under the running cold water , ( just put the sieve under the running water )
9. Keep this in the fridge.
Enjoy the fresh white butter.
Use it in your Dal, Sabji or Saag.
Smear it on the Naan .
