Ingredients:
This is a really quick version of the tomato soup, especially for the times when you have guests coming and you are short of time.

1. Tomato juice tin 1/2 litre
2. Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
3. Cream 2 table spoons
4. Jeera ( Cumin) Seeds roasted and crushed 1 teaspoon
5. Salt to taste
6. Croutons 1/2 cup
7. Butter 1 Tablespoon
Instructions:
1. Take the Jeera(Cumin) seeds and dry roast them on the pan, till they change the colour.
2. Crush them in a mortar and pestle.
3. Now heat the butter in a pan and add the Tomato juice.
4. Stir the juice for 2 minutes, once it comes to boil it will start thickening.
5. Add the Jeera in ,
6. Add the salt.
7. Stir and remove from heat and garnish with some chopped coriander.
8. Add the croutons just before serving.
9. Add a dash of cream on top.

TIPS: If you do not have the tomato juice then you can take the tomato puree and add some more water to reduce the consistency.

If you wish , you can add some chopped green chilliies as an added flavour and tanginess.
