Ingredients:
Potatoes - ½ kg
Onion - 1 medium size diced
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger juliene very thin strips 20 no
Green chillies 3 cut
Oil - 4 tbsp
Jeera (Cumin) seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Amchur ( Mango Powder ) 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
Boil, peel and cut potatoes into 2 cm cubes.
Peel the onion and cut into quarters and slice each portion thinly.
Heat oil, add cumin
When it splutters add onion and fry.
Add garlic paste
Add Green Chillies.
Add Turmeric powder.
Fry the onions till brown
Add potatoes, turmeric and salt.
Fry for 2-3 minutes. ( Remember the potatoes are already steamed cooked)
Add the amchur powder.
Garnish with chopped coriander.

Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti
