Ingredients:
250 gram filenly chopped paneer ( crumble it by hands)
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 Green Chilli finely chopped

For the dough
3 cups of Atta( Wholemeal wheat flour)
2 tablespoon Ghee or oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Make the stuffing by mixing the paneer, onions, coriander, chillies, Add salt to taste
Sieve the flour with the salt.
Mix Ghee or oil to the flour.
Add water to make dough and make it into 8 -10 small portions and make them into small balls.
Take a ball and roll it by rolling pin.
Smear a little ghee on this flattened chappati and spread the paneer mixture on it.
Fold the side to for a rectangle. Press sides lightly to seal them.
Heat a Tava ( Griddle) or a heavy fry pan.
Smear some ghee on it.
Place the paratha and fry both sides till brown patches appear.
Repeat this with the rest of the dough.
Serve hot with butter.
