Ingredients:
2 Eggs
One Onion - diced
One tomato- diced
Coriander chopped 2 Tablespoons
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 1 Tablespoon.
Butter 1 Teaspoon.
Salt to taste
Black Peper to taste
Red Chilli to taste
Green Chilli 1 - finely chopped
Instructions:
Break the two eggs in a bowl.
Add the corn flour in a little bit of water and completely dissolve it.
Add this corn flour mixture to the eggs.
Add the milk in the eggs as well.
Add the salt, chilli and black pepper
Take a non stick pan and put it on heat and put the butter to melt.
Once the butter has melted , pour the egg mixture in the pan.
Now sprinkle the diced onion, tomatoes , green chilli and chopped coriander.
Let it cook for 3 minutes or so.
Change sides of omlette ( This is tricky thing but in this recipe we have used cornflour which will help bind the eggs so the omlette will not break)
Let the other side cook as well.
