Ingredients:
Bhindi (Okra or Lady fingers ) 1 kg
Salt 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
Amchur ( Mango Powder) 1 Tbsp
Jeera (Cumin) Powder 1 Tbsp
Oil 1/4 cups for shallow frying ( you can also deep fry this dish )
Salt 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Wash the Bhindi and dry with a paper towel.
2. Cut the Bhindi Heads off.
3. Give a slit lengthwise in the Bhindi on one side ( for filling the stuffing)
4.Mix the Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, Amchur, Salt and Coriander powder.
5. Fill this spices mixture in Bhindi by a spoon.
6. Fry the bhindi in a pan with some oil, till crispy


Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti
