Popularily known as Karela in India. Karela is a fruit of the above mentioned plant.
Instructions:
The leaves and fruit of this plant has been used in traditional medicines in India for thousands of years for many conditions:

In India the fruit Karela ( Bitter Gourd ) is mainly consumed as a vegetable ingredient.

In the Western world it has been used to make teas and soups.
