Ingredients:
Serving 1 Person
1 Medium sizedpotato
Chat Masala
water to boil the potatos
Oil from frying
Instructions:
1. Boil the potato in jacket. ( without peeling)
2. Boil it in a stock pot or microwave it for 4 minutes
3.After boiling let it cool down
4. Take a mixing bowl and mash the cooked potato in it.
5.Add Chat Masala
6.Make round balls ( the size of a cherry)
7. Fry them in the oil until golden brown.
8.Serve them with a spicy sauce or chutney.

Tip: If you are not able to get the chat masala then simply add the following spices

1. Red Chilli to taste
2. Salt to taste
3. Roasted Cumin seeds powder
4. Mango powder ( Amchur)

You can also add some cornflour to act as a binding agent if the potato tends to split up while frying.
