Instructions:
It falls under the category of Gums, stabilisers or Thickeners and hence used in Snack Bars, Icing Decorations, Instant Pasta & Sauces, Cookies, Soft Drinks.
This gum is derived from the sap of the tree :Acacia Sengal;
This gunm is used in the foods as a thickening agent , stabiliser, glazing agent and emulsifier., and is readily water -soluble.
This is readily water s-soluble and hence is used in thicking the curries in the readymade packs.
Though it is easily digestible by the humans. It may cause some allergic reactions eg. Asthma and skin rashes.
